2 mg
Active Ingredient
Nicotine
Manufacturer
Dr. Reddy's Netherlands B.V.

How to Use

Dosage

Take one piece of gum when you feel like smoking. At first, you might need one piece every 1-2 hours. Usually, 8-12 pieces per day are enough, depending on the gum's strength.

Method

Chew the gum slowly until you feel a strong taste. Then, park it between your cheek and gum. Chew again when the taste becomes weaker. Keep chewing this way for about 30 minutes. Do not swallow the gum. Avoid coffee, acidic drinks, or sodas 15 minutes before and during chewing, as they can reduce nicotine absorption. Do not eat or drink while the gum is in your mouth.

Important

Do not use more than 24 pieces of 2 mg gum or 15 pieces of 4 mg gum per day. Do not take more than one piece per hour.
