Melatonin Vitabalans helps regulate the body's natural sleep cycle and is used for short-term treatment of jet lag in adults.
The usual dose is one 3 mg tablet once a day for up to 4 days. You can take a 5 mg tablet if 3 mg is not enough, but do not take both.
Take the tablet with a glass of water at your usual bedtime at your destination. Do not eat for 2 hours before or after taking the dose. Do not take tablets before 8 PM or after 4 AM.
Maximum of 5 mg once daily.
Suitable for older adults. Has fewer adverse effects than benzodiazepines andrelated drugs. Non-pharmacological methods are the first-line treatment for insomnia. (updated 18.3.2024)
