Zopinox is a sleeping medicine that helps adults with various sleep problems like trouble falling asleep, waking up too early, or waking up often during the night.
For adults, the usual starting dose is 5 mg or 7.5 mg of zopiclone before going to bed. Elderly or those with liver, kidney, or breathing problems should start with 3.75 mg, which can be increased to 5 mg or 7.5 mg if needed.
Take Zopinox right before you go to bed. Do not take the tablets lying down, as this might delay the medicine from working. Make sure you can sleep for 7-8 hours without interruption. Swallow the tablet with a liquid, such as a glass of water.
Do not take more than 7.5 mg Zopinox in one day. The treatment should be as short as possible, usually from a few days to two weeks, and should not exceed four weeks.
