How to Use

Dosage

Take 1 or 2 sprays when you would normally smoke a cigarette or feel a craving, with 1-2 sprays typically every 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Method

Spray 1-2 times between your cheek and teeth, rotating the nozzle to the side and aiming it. Alternate between the left and right cheek.

Important

Do not exceed 2 sprays per dose, 4 sprays per hour, or a maximum of 64 sprays in any 16-hour period.

  • Bleeding gums
  • Runny nose
  • Difficulty swallowing, reduced sensation in the mouth

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to nicotine or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not use if you have never used tobacco products.
  • Do not use if you are under 12 years old.
  • Talk to your doctor before use if you have had a recent heart attack or stroke (within 3 months).
  • Talk to your doctor before use if you have unstable chest pain or chest pain at rest.

  • Do not use for more than 1 year without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
