Zonnic Mint helps reduce withdrawal symptoms and cravings when you stop smoking or cut down, by giving you a small amount of nicotine.
At the start of treatment, use one pouch every hour or every other hour; 8–12 pouches a day is usually enough.
Place a pouch under your upper lip and leave it there for about 30 minutes; move the pouch around with your tongue from time to time.
Do not use more than 24 pouches per day.
