How to Use
Dosage
One tablet.
Method
Swallow the tablet whole with water.
Important
Do not take more than two tablets or 5 mg in a 24-hour period.
Possible Side Effects
COMMON
•Unusual sensations, like tingling in fingers and toes or increased skin sensitivity
•Drowsiness, dizziness, or feeling warm
•Headache
•Irregular heartbeat
•Nausea, vomiting
•Abdominal pain
•Dry mouth
•Muscle weakness or pain
•Weakness
•Feeling of heaviness, tightness, pain, or pressure in the throat, neck, arms, legs, or chest
•Difficulty swallowing
RARE
•Very fast heart rate
•Slight increase in blood pressure
•Increased urine output or frequent urination
•Allergic reactions, including hives and swelling of the face, lips, mouth, tongue, and throat. Stop using immediately and contact your doctor if you suspect an allergic reaction.
•Chest pain (angina), heart attack, or narrowing of heart blood vessels. Stop using immediately and contact your doctor if you experience chest pain or shortness of breath.
•Spasm of blood vessels in the gut, which can damage the intestine, causing stomach pain or bloody diarrhea. Stop using immediately and contact your doctor if this happens.
•Sudden urgent need to urinate
Important Warnings
Do not use if you are allergic to zolmitriptan, menthol, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
Do not use if you have high blood pressure.
Do not use if you have had heart problems, including heart attack, angina, or symptoms like shortness of breath or chest tightness.
Do not use if you have had a stroke or mini-stroke (TIA).
Do not use if you have severe kidney problems.

Do not use if you are also taking other migraine medicines like ergotamine or other triptans.
This medicine is not recommended for people under 18 or over 65 years old.
Using this medicine too often can lead to daily headaches or worsening migraines. Talk to your doctor if you think this is happening.
If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, talk to your doctor. Do not breastfeed within 24 hours of taking this medicine.
Migraine attacks can slow down your reaction time. Be careful when driving or operating machines. Wait to see how this medicine affects you before doing such activities.
