How to Use

Dosage

The recommended dose for adults and children aged 6 years and older is 20 drops once a day.

Method

The drops should be taken orally, either directly from a spoon or mixed with water. When mixing with water, especially for children, ensure the water amount is suitable for the patient to swallow.

Important

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of 20 drops.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take Xyzal if you are allergic to levocetirizine dihydrochloride, cetirizine, hydroxyzine, or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Do not take Xyzal if you have a severe kidney disease requiring dialysis.
  • Consult your doctor if you have difficulties emptying your bladder (due to spinal cord injury or prostate enlargement).
  • Consult your doctor if you have epilepsy or are at risk of seizures, as Xyzal may worsen seizures.
  • If you are going to have allergy tests, ask your doctor if you should stop taking Xyzal several days before the tests, as it may affect the results.
