How to Use
Dosage
Typical dosage for adults is 75-150 mg daily, divided into 2-3 doses. For children and adolescents over 14 years old, the typical dose is 75-100 mg daily, divided into 2-3 doses.
Method
Swallow tablets whole with water, preferably before meals or on an empty stomach. Do not split, crush, or chew the tablets.
Important
Do not exceed 150 mg in a single day.

- •Unusual bleeding (e.g., nosebleeds, bruising), low red or white blood cell count, or bloody vomit/stools
- •Severe stomach pain, stomach ulcer, or inflammation of the gut (with diarrhea)
- •Liver problems, such as yellow skin/eyes (jaundice), nausea, loss of appetite, dark urine
- •Kidney problems leading to swelling, changes in urination, or drowsiness
- •Confusion, depression, trouble sleeping, headaches with stiff neck, vision/hearing changes, or stroke-like symptoms (numbness, difficulty speaking)
Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to diclofenac, aspirin, ibuprofen, or any other ingredient in this medicine, or if you've had severe allergic reactions (like asthma, rash, or swelling) to similar pain medicines.
- Do not take if you have heart problems, have had a stroke, or have poor circulation, including a heart attack or blockage.
- Do not take if you have a stomach ulcer, bleeding in your stomach or intestines, or black stools.
- Do not take if you have severe kidney or liver disease, or severe heart failure.
- Do not use if you are in the last three months of pregnancy, as it can harm the baby.
