How to Use
Dosage
Lightly rub a thumb-tip sized amount of Voltaren Emulgel onto the painful area 3-4 times a day.
Method
Squeeze a small amount of gel from the tube and slowly rub it into the skin on the area where you have pain or swelling.
Important
Do not apply more than 3-4 times per day.

COMMON

RARE
- •Blistering rash or hives
- •Wheezing, shortness of breath, or chest tightness (asthma symptoms)
- •Swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat
- •Increased sensitivity of the skin to sunlight, potentially causing itching, sunburn, swelling, and blisters
Important Warnings
- Do not use if you are allergic to diclofenac, other NSAID pain relievers (like ibuprofen or aspirin), or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Do not use during the last three months of pregnancy.
- Do not use if you are under 14 years old.
- Do not use on cuts, open wounds, or irritated skin with rashes.
- Stop treatment if a skin rash develops after use.

- This medicine is for external use only; do not put it in your mouth or swallow it.
- Avoid getting the gel in your eyes. If it gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
- Do not use under airtight (plastic) bandages or dressings.
