How to Use

Dosage

One drop in each eye 3-4 times a day, or as needed.

Method

Wash your hands. Open the cap, tilt your head back, and pull down your lower eyelid. Drop one drop into your eye, being careful not to touch your eye or any surface with the tip of the tube. If needed, repeat for the other eye. Close the cap after use.

Using more than the recommended amount is not expected to cause harm, but always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's advice.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to carbomer or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Stop using Viscotears and see a doctor if you experience eye pain, vision changes, eye irritation, persistent redness, or if your condition gets worse or does not go away.
  • If you wear contact lenses, remove them before applying the gel and wait at least 15 minutes before putting them back in. This medicine may irritate your eyes and can stain soft contact lenses.
