How to Use

Dosage

Start with one 0.5 mg white tablet once a day for the first 3 days. Then take one 0.5 mg white tablet twice a day for the next 4 days. From the second week onwards, take one 1 mg light blue tablet twice a day. The treatment usually lasts 12 weeks.

Method

Swallow the tablets whole with water, with or without food.

Important

The maximum daily dose is 2 mg (one 1 mg tablet taken twice a day).

Important Warnings

  • If you feel depressed, have thoughts of harming yourself, or notice changes in your behavior, stop taking this medicine and call your doctor right away.
  • Stop taking the medicine and get urgent medical help if you have severe swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, or trouble breathing.
  • If you get a severe rash, blisters, or peeling skin, stop taking the medicine and get medical help right away.
  • Tell your doctor if you have heart or blood vessel problems. Seek urgent medical help if you have symptoms of a heart attack or stroke.
  • Tell your doctor if you have ever had seizures or epilepsy.
