How to Use

Dosage

Start with one 0.5 mg tablet once daily for days 1-3. For days 4-7, take one 0.5 mg tablet twice daily (morning and evening). From day 8 until the end of the treatment period, take one 1 mg tablet twice daily (morning and evening).

Method

Take the tablets whole with water, with or without food. Do not swallow the desiccant in the bottle.

Important

The maximum dose is 1 mg twice daily.

Important Warnings

  • If you experience depression, suicidal thoughts, or changes in behavior, stop taking this medicine and contact your doctor right away.
  • Seek urgent medical help if you have symptoms of a heart attack or stroke, such as chest pain or sudden weakness.
  • Tell your doctor if you have a history of seizures or epilepsy before starting this medicine.
  • Stop taking this medicine and see a doctor immediately if you experience severe allergic reactions like swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, or trouble breathing.
  • If you get a rash, peeling skin, or blisters, stop taking this medicine and seek immediate medical help.

  • Alcohol may have a stronger effect when taking this medicine.
