How to Use
Dosage
The usual dose is 10 mg.
Method
Take one tablet with water about 25-60 minutes before sexual activity.
Important
Do not take more than one tablet per day.

- •Eye inflammation (conjunctivitis)

Important Warnings
- Do not take Vardenafil Stada if you are allergic to vardenafil or any of its ingredients. An allergic reaction can cause rash, itching, or swelling of the face, lips, or throat.
- Do not take if you have ever had a severe skin reaction, like widespread rash, peeling skin, or mouth sores, after taking Vardenafil Stada.
- Do not take if you are using nitrate medicines for chest pain (like nitroglycerin) or medicines that release nitric oxide (like amyl nitrite). Combining them with Vardenafil Stada can dangerously lower your blood pressure.
- Do not take if you are using ritonavir or indinavir (for HIV), or if you are over 75 years old and taking ketoconazole or itraconazole (for fungal infections).
- Do not take if you have severe heart or liver problems, or if you are on kidney dialysis.

- Do not take if you have recently had a stroke or heart attack, or if you have low blood pressure.
- Do not take if you have a family history of certain eye conditions (like retinitis pigmentosa) or if you have ever lost vision due to optic nerve damage from insufficient blood flow (NAION).
- Do not take if you are using riociguat (for high blood pressure in the lungs), as Vardenafil Stada can make its blood pressure-lowering effect too strong.
- If you experience sudden blurred vision, distorted vision, or loss of vision, stop taking Vardenafil Stada and contact your doctor immediately.
- If you develop severe skin reactions like fever, flu-like symptoms, red spots, peeling skin, or blisters, stop taking Vardenafil Stada and seek medical help right away.
- Talk to your doctor if you have heart problems, as sexual activity could be risky for you.
- Talk to your doctor if you have an irregular heartbeat or an inherited heart condition that affects your heart's electrical activity.
- Talk to your doctor if you have a deformed penis (like Peyronie's disease) or a condition that can cause long-lasting erections (priapism), such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia.
- Talk to your doctor if you have a stomach ulcer or a bleeding disorder (like hemophilia).
- Avoid grapefruit juice while taking Vardenafil Stada, as it can affect how the medicine works.
- Alcohol can make erectile problems worse.
- Vardenafil Stada may cause dizziness or vision changes. Do not drive or operate machinery if you feel dizzy or have problems with your vision.
