How to Use

Dosage

The recommended dose is 10 mg.

Method

Take one tablet with water 25 to 60 minutes before sexual activity. You need to be sexually aroused for it to work, and it can help you get an erection for 4-5 hours.

Important

Do not take Vardenafil Krka more than once a day.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take if you are allergic to vardenafil or any other ingredients. An allergic reaction can include rash, itching, swollen face or lips, or trouble breathing.
  • Stop taking immediately and see a doctor if you get a severe skin rash, peeling skin, blisters, or sores in your mouth, throat, nose, or genitals.
  • Do not take if you are using nitrate medicines for chest pain (angina) or nitric oxide donors (like amyl nitrite), as this can dangerously lower your blood pressure.
  • Do not take if you are using ritonavir or indinavir, which are medicines for HIV infection.
  • Do not take if you are over 75 years old and using antifungal medicines like ketoconazole or itraconazole.

  • Do not take if you have ever lost vision due to damage to the optic nerve from lack of blood flow (NAION).
  • Do not take if you are using riociguat, a medicine for high blood pressure in the lungs.
  • Do not use Vardenafil Krka with any other medicine for erectile dysfunction.
  • Do not drink grapefruit juice with Vardenafil Krka, as it can affect how the medicine works.
  • Alcohol can make erection problems worse.
  • Vardenafil Krka can cause dizziness or vision problems. Do not drive or operate machinery if you feel dizzy or have vision problems after taking it.
  • Stop taking Vardenafil Krka and contact your doctor immediately if you experience sudden blurred vision, vision loss, or sudden hearing loss.
  • If you have heart problems, sexual activity might be risky for you. Talk to your doctor.
