How to Use

Dosage

The usual dose is one 10 mg tablet.

Method

Take one tablet with water about 25-60 minutes before sexual activity. The medicine works only if you are sexually aroused.

Important

Do not take more than one tablet per day.

  • Memory loss
  • Seizures
  • High pressure in the eye (glaucoma) or watery eyes
  • Serious heart problems, such as a heart attack, changes in heartbeat, or chest pain

Important Warnings

  • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to vardenafil or any of its other ingredients.
  • Do not take if you have ever had a severe skin rash with peeling skin, blisters, or mouth sores after taking Vardenafil Krka.
  • Do not take if you use medicines called nitrates for chest pain or nitric oxide donors, as this could dangerously lower your blood pressure.
  • Do not take if you are taking ritonavir or indinavir, which are medicines for HIV infection.
  • Do not take if you are over 75 years old and taking antifungal medicines like ketoconazole or itraconazole.

  • Do not take if you have severe heart or liver problems.
  • Do not take if you are on kidney dialysis.
  • Do not take if you recently had a stroke or a heart attack.
  • Do not take if you have low blood pressure.
  • Do not take if you have a family history of an inherited eye disease (like retinitis pigmentosa) or if you have ever had vision loss due to optic nerve damage.
  • Do not take if you are taking riociguat (a medicine for high blood pressure in the lungs).
  • Do not use Vardenafil Krka with any other medicines for erectile dysfunction.
  • Do not drink grapefruit juice when taking Vardenafil Krka, as it can interfere with how the medicine works.
  • Alcohol can make erection problems worse.
  • This medicine can cause dizziness or vision changes. Do not drive or operate machinery if you feel dizzy or your vision is affected.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have heart problems, as sexual activity could be a risk for you.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have an irregular heartbeat or an inherited heart condition that affects your ECG.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have a physical problem with your penis, like an angled penis or Peyronie's disease.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have a condition that can cause long-lasting erections (priapism), such as sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma, or leukemia.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have a stomach ulcer or a bleeding disorder (like hemophilia).
  • Stop taking this medicine and see a doctor right away if you get any severe skin reactions, such as red patches, blisters, or peeling skin.
  • Stop taking this medicine and contact your doctor immediately if you experience sudden blurred, distorted, or lost vision.
  • This medicine is not for children or teenagers under 18 years old.
