Important Warnings
- Do not take Uromitexan if you are allergic to mesna or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Stop taking Uromitexan and call your doctor right away if you get swelling of your face, tongue, or throat, have trouble swallowing or breathing, or get hives. This could be a serious allergic reaction.
- Tell your doctor if you have had breathing problems or skin reactions after using Uromitexan before, or if you have autoimmune diseases, kidney problems, or if you vomit often.
- Drink plenty of fluids as advised by your doctor to help your kidneys work well while taking this medicine.
- Uromitexan may cause dizziness or blurred vision. Do not drive or operate machines if you feel these effects.
