How to Use

Dosage

One tablet daily.

Method

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water, preferably in the morning before a meal.

Important

Do not exceed one tablet per day.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Swelling (fluid retention)
  • Runny nose, sore throat, nosebleeds
  • Allergic reactions (like rash, itching)
  • Headache, dizziness, tingling, tiredness
  • Blurred or double vision
  • Cough, shortness of breath
  • Stomach problems like nausea, vomiting, constipation, gas, diarrhea, stomach pain, or changes in taste.
  • Joint pain, muscle pain, muscle cramps, back pain
  • Fatigue, weakness
  • Swollen ankles, feeling your heart beat fast (palpitations), flushed face and neck
RARE
  • Changes in appetite (loss or gain), weight changes
  • Nightmares, trouble sleeping, mood changes, anxiety, depression
  • Numbness or tingling in hands/feet, reduced sensation, memory loss
  • Burping, dry mouth
  • Severe itching or rash, red skin patches, skin discoloration, blistering, hives, sensitivity to sunlight, hair loss
  • Kidney problems, problems with urination, increased nighttime urination, frequent urination
  • Erection problems, breast discomfort or enlargement in men
  • Neck pain, muscle fatigue
  • Feeling unwell, tremors, fainting, falls, chest pain, fever, increased sweating, pain
  • Purple skin spots (vasculitis)
  • Increased eosinophils (a type of white blood cell)
  • Changes in blood tests (e.g., high potassium, low sodium, low blood sugar for diabetics, increased kidney values)
  • Sudden kidney failure
  • Dark urine, nausea, vomiting, muscle cramps, confusion, seizures
  • Reduced or no urination
  • Worsening of psoriasis
  • Unexpected bleeding or bruising
  • Yellow skin or eyes (jaundice)
  • Tendon injury
  • Skin rash or mouth sores
  • Rare lung inflammation (eosinophilic pneumonia)
  • Hearing loss
  • Increased muscle stiffness
  • Swollen gums
  • Stomach swelling (gastritis)
  • Persistent muscle weakness
  • Stiff posture, masked face, slow movements, shuffling gait, changes in color, numbness and pain in fingers or toes (Raynaud's phenomenon)
  • Myasthenia gravis (a disease causing general muscle weakness, sometimes affecting breathing)
  • Ocular myasthenia (a disease causing eye muscle weakness)

Important Warnings

  • Do not take if you are allergic to Triveram or its ingredients.
  • Do not take if you have liver problems.
  • Do not take if you have very low blood pressure.
  • Do not take if you have had severe allergic reactions (angioedema) with swelling of face/throat.
  • Do not take if you have diabetes or kidney issues and are taking aliskiren.

  • Do not take if you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or breastfeeding.
  • Tell your doctor if you are taking fusidic acid, as combining it with Triveram can cause serious muscle problems.
  • Tell your doctor if you have unexplained muscle pain or weakness.
  • Stop taking Triveram and seek immediate medical help if you get swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat, or have difficulty breathing or swallowing.
