How to Use

Dosage

Take one tablet once a day.

Method

Swallow the tablet with a glass of water, preferably in the morning before a meal.

Important

Do not take more than one tablet per day.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Swelling, especially in the ankles.
  • Headache, dizziness, or feeling tired.
  • Feeling sick (nausea), indigestion, or stomach pain.
  • Muscle pain, joint pain, or back pain.
  • Flushing of the face and neck.
  • Mild skin rashes or itching, nasal inflammation, sore throat, or nosebleeds.
RARE
  • Severe allergic reaction with swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat (angioedema), making it hard to breathe or swallow. Seek urgent medical help.
  • Severe skin reactions such as widespread rashes, blisters, or peeling skin (like Stevens-Johnson syndrome). Seek urgent medical help.
  • Muscle weakness, tenderness, pain, or dark urine, especially with fever or feeling unwell, which can be life-threatening and damage kidneys (rhabdomyolysis). Seek urgent medical help.
  • Weakness in arms or legs, or trouble speaking (possible signs of a stroke).
  • Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), which may mean liver problems.
  • Unusually fast or irregular heartbeat, chest pain, or heart attack.
  • Sudden wheezing, chest tightness, or shortness of breath.
  • Severe stomach and back pain with feeling very sick (pancreatitis).
  • New or worsening muscle weakness (myasthenia), including eye muscles (ocular myasthenia).
  • Low blood pressure causing severe dizziness or fainting.
  • Other uncommon effects such as kidney problems, vision changes, mood changes, memory loss, numbness or tingling, hair loss, or weight changes.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take Triveram if you are allergic to atorvastatin, perindopril, amlodipine, or any other ingredient in this medicine.
  • Do not take Triveram if you have severe liver disease or blood tests show your liver is not working properly for unknown reasons.
  • Do not take Triveram if you have very low blood pressure, severe heart problems where your heart cannot pump enough blood, or heart failure after a heart attack.
  • Do not take Triveram if you have ever had severe swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat, with trouble breathing, when taking similar blood pressure medicines (ACE inhibitors).
  • Do not take Triveram if you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, or breastfeeding.

  • Tell your doctor if you are taking fusidic acid (an antibiotic) for an infection, as you may need to stop Triveram temporarily to avoid serious muscle problems.
  • Talk to your doctor if you have unexplained muscle pain, tenderness, or weakness, especially with a fever or if you feel unwell, or if you have a family history of muscle problems.
  • Talk to your doctor if you regularly drink a lot of alcohol or have moderate to severe kidney problems.
