How to Use

Dosage

Use one drop in the affected eye(s) once a day, in the evening.

Method

Tilt your head back, gently pull down your lower eyelid to form a small pocket, and drop one drop into it. Close your eye and press gently on the inner corner for one minute.

Important

Do not use more than one drop per day in each eye that is being treated.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use Trevicopto if you are allergic to travoprost or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • This medicine can make your eyelashes longer, thicker, darker, or more numerous. It may also change the look of your eyelids or the skin around your eyes.
  • The colored part of your eye (iris) may permanently change color. The skin around your eyes might also change color.
  • If you have had cataract surgery or an eye infection, talk to your doctor before using this medicine.
  • Trevicopto can rarely cause trouble breathing or make asthma worse. If your breathing changes, tell your doctor right away.

  • If the medicine gets on your skin, wash it off quickly. This is very important if you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant.
  • If you wear soft contact lenses, take them out before using the drops. Wait 15 minutes after using the drops before putting your lenses back in.
  • Your vision might be blurry for a short time after using the drops. Do not drive or use machines until your vision is clear.
  • Do not use Trevicopto if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • Do not touch the tip of the dropper to your eye or anything else to prevent germs from getting into the medicine.
  • Do not stop using Trevicopto without talking to your doctor first. Stopping could cause your eye pressure to become too high, which might lead to vision loss.
