  • Contact your doctor if you have frequent or long-lasting erections, feel irritable, nervous, gain weight, have nausea, vomiting, skin color changes, swollen ankles, or breathing changes during sleep. These could mean your dose is too high.
  • Athletes should note that Tostran contains testosterone, which can cause positive doping test results.
  • Tostran should not be used for male infertility or impotence treatment.
  • Women should not use Tostran as it can cause male features like increased hair, deeper voice, or menstrual changes.
  • Tostran can transfer to others through skin contact, causing male features in women (e.g., hair growth, deeper voice) or early puberty in children. Cover the application area with clothes and wash it before contact to reduce this risk.
  • Contact your doctor if untreated individuals (like your partner or children) show signs of male features, such as increased hair or severe acne.
  • Inform your doctor or pharmacist about any other medications you are taking, especially blood thinners or corticosteroids.
