Dosage

For 60mg tablets: Take one tablet twice a day. For 90mg tablets: Start with two tablets (180mg total) once, usually in the hospital, then one tablet twice a day.

Method

Take tablets with or without food, around the same time each day (e.g., one in the morning, one in the evening). If you have trouble swallowing, you can crush the tablet into a fine powder, mix it with half a glass of water, stir, and drink immediately.
