Ticagrelor ratiopharm is a medicine that stops blood platelets from sticking together, which helps reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and death from heart and blood vessel disease.
The starting dose is two 90 mg tablets taken at once. After that, the usual dose is one 90 mg tablet taken twice a day.
Take the tablets with or without food, around the same time each day (for example, one in the morning and one in the evening). If you have trouble swallowing, you can crush the tablet and mix it with a small amount of water to drink immediately.
The maximum daily dose is 180 mg (two 90 mg tablets).
