How to Use
Dosage
Take 1 tablet once a day.
Method
Swallow the tablet whole with some water around the same time each day. Do not chew it.
Important
Do not take more than 1 tablet per day. Do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten dose.
Possible Side Effects
COMMON
- •Stomach ache, hip pain, weight gain, breast pain, more body hair, and vaginal problems like discharge, itching, or minor bleeding.
RARE
- •Acne
- •Nipple pain
- •Dizziness or headache
- •Skin rash or itching
- •Stomach upset
- •Fluid retention
Important Warnings
- Do not use if you have or have had breast cancer or another cancer sensitive to estrogen, or if you have unexplained vaginal bleeding.
- Stop taking this medicine and contact your doctor immediately if you become pregnant, notice signs of a blood clot (like leg pain/swelling, chest pain, or trouble breathing), or experience yellowing of your skin or eyes.
- Inform your doctor if you have liver disease, a blood clotting disorder, or have had a heart attack or stroke.
- This medicine is not a contraceptive. If you are under 50 or it has been less than 12 months since your last period, you may still need contraception.
