How to Use

Method

Thiotepa Abcur is given as an intravenous infusion (a drip into a vein) by a healthcare professional after the medicine is diluted. Each infusion takes 2-4 hours.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take if you are allergic to thiotepa or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Do not take if you are pregnant or think you might be pregnant.
  • Do not breastfeed while taking this medicine.
  • Do not get live vaccines, such as yellow fever, bacterial, or live viral vaccines.
  • Tell your doctor if you have liver, kidney, heart, or lung problems.

  • This medicine can affect fertility in both men and women. Men should consider sperm banking before treatment.
  • Do not drive or use machines if you experience side effects like dizziness, headache, or blurred vision.
