How to Use
Dosage
Take 1-2 sachets (500-1000 mg) every 4-6 hours as needed, up to 4 times a day.
Method
Dissolve the contents of 1-2 sachets in a mug of hot, but not boiling, water (about 2.5 dl). Drink when cooled to a suitable temperature.
Important
Do not take more than 6 sachets (3000 mg) in 24 hours. There should be at least 4-6 hours between doses.
Possible Side Effects
RARE
- •Allergic reactions (e.g., trouble breathing, swelling of face, mouth, tongue, or throat)
- •Skin rash (including hives, itching, or redness)
- •Peeling skin, blisters, or sores (including in the mouth)
- •Blood problems (e.g., unusual bleeding or bruising)
- •Kidney problems (e.g., changes in urine, difficulty urinating)
- •Liver problems (e.g., yellowing of skin or eyes)
- •Nausea, stomach pain, vomiting, or diarrhea
- •Depression, confusion, or hallucinations
- •Tremors, headache, dizziness, feeling nervous, or spinning sensation (vertigo)
- •Vision problems
- •Swelling due to fluid retention
- •General discomfort, fever, or drowsiness
- •Sweating
- •Low blood sugar
Important Warnings
- Do not take more than the recommended daily dose, as this can cause serious liver damage. If you take too much, even if you feel well, contact a doctor immediately.
- Do not take this medicine with other products that contain paracetamol to avoid overdose.
- Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine if you have kidney or liver problems, Gilbert's syndrome, G6PD deficiency, hemolytic anemia, dehydration, or long-term malnutrition.
- Do not drink alcohol while taking this medicine. If you have alcohol problems or liver damage, do not take this medicine without your doctor's advice.
- This medicine is not for children under 12 years of age or those weighing less than 41 kg.

- Do not use if you are allergic to paracetamol, peanut, soy, or any other ingredients.
- Contact a doctor if your pain lasts longer than 5 days, your fever lasts longer than 3 days, or if your symptoms get worse.
