Apply 5g of gel (50mg testosterone) to your skin once daily, preferably in the morning.

Apply the gel gently to clean, dry, healthy skin on your shoulders, upper arms, or stomach. Squeeze the entire contents of the sachet onto your skin and spread it right away. Let the gel dry for 3-5 minutes before getting dressed. Wash your hands with soap and water after applying the gel. Do not apply the gel to your genitals (penis and testicles) as the high alcohol content can cause local irritation.
