How to Use
Dosage
The recommended dose for adults is one 14 mg tablet once a day.
Method
Swallow the tablet whole with a little water. You can take Teriflunomide Olpha with or without food, once daily at any time.
Important
Do not take more than one 14 mg tablet per day.

- •Lung inflammation, which can cause difficulty breathing or a persistent cough
- •Severe liver disease, with symptoms like yellowing of skin or eyes, unusually dark urine, unexplained nausea, vomiting, or stomach pain
- •Low platelet count
- •Nerve problems in arms or legs (peripheral neuropathy), causing stinging or throbbing pain
- •Nail disorders
- •Psoriasis
- •Inflammation of the mouth or lips
- •Abnormal blood fat levels
- •Colon inflammation (colitis)
Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to teriflunomide or any other ingredient in this medicine.
- Do not take if you are pregnant, think you might be pregnant, or are breastfeeding, as it can harm your baby.
- Do not take if you have severe liver problems.
- Do not take if you have a severe infection.
- Do not take if you have a severe immune system problem (like AIDS), or problems with your bone marrow, or low red or white blood cell counts or low platelet counts.
