How to Use

Dosage

Apply a thin layer once a day to the entire surface of the infected nail and under the tip of the nail.

Method

First, remove any nail polish. Apply only to fingernails and toenails, not to the surrounding skin. Wait 5 minutes until the solution is completely dry. Do not wash treated nails for at least 8 hours, so apply in the evening before bed or after showering/bathing.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • White or yellowish nails.
  • Nail detachment from the nail bed.
  • Partial nail separation.
  • Inflammation of the nail fold or cuticle, possibly with bacterial infection.
  • Red, itchy rash, if skin comes into contact with the medicine.
  • Redness of the skin.
RARE
  • Around the treated nails: skin irritation, skin inflammation, itchy skin.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use if you are allergic to terbinafine or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Tell your doctor if the nail area near the cuticle is infected.
  • Tell your doctor if you have diabetes.
  • Tell your doctor if you have a disease that affects your immune system or if you are taking medicines for it.
  • Tell your doctor if you have poor circulation, swelling, or sores on your legs or feet.

  • Tell your doctor if your nails are damaged, you have nail pain, or severe nail damage.
  • Tell your doctor if you have psoriasis or any other long-term skin disease.
  • Tell your doctor if your nails are yellow and you have swelling and difficulty breathing (yellow nail syndrome).
  • Use Terclara only on nails. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If contact occurs, rinse immediately with water.
  • Do not use for children or adolescents under 18 years old.
  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor before use. Make sure babies do not come into contact with treated nails.
