How to Use
Dosage
The recommended dose is one capsule per day.
Method
Take the prolonged-release capsule whole with a glass of water after breakfast or the first meal of the day, while standing or sitting (not lying down). Do not break or chew the capsule; however, you can open the capsule and swallow the contents without chewing.

The maximum daily dose is one capsule.

- •Priapism (painful, prolonged erection)
- •Stevens-Johnson syndrome (severe allergic reaction affecting skin and mucous membranes)
- •Blurred or impaired vision
- •Nosebleed
- •Dry mouth
- •Severe skin reactions (erythema multiforme, peeling rash)
- •Atrial fibrillation, arrhythmia, rapid heartbeat (tachycardia), and shortness of breath
Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to tamsulosin or any other ingredients in this medicine, as it may cause sudden swelling, breathing difficulties, or rash.
- Avoid if you have low blood pressure, especially when getting up from lying down or sitting, as it can cause dizziness.
- Do not use if you have severe liver failure.
- Talk to your doctor if you have severe kidney problems.
- Inform your eye doctor if you are taking or have taken this medicine before cataract or glaucoma surgery.

Use in Elderly Patients
Category C
