How to Use
Dosage
One capsule once a day.
Method
Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water after breakfast or your first meal of the day. Do not open or crush the capsule.
Important
No more than one capsule per day.
Possible Side Effects
COMMON
- •Dizziness (feeling lightheaded)
- •Ejaculation problems (semen may not come out normally, may go into the bladder, or the amount may be reduced)
RARE
- •Headache
- •Palpitations (feeling your heart beat fast or irregularly)
- •Low blood pressure when standing up, causing dizziness or fainting
- •Rhinitis (stuffy or runny nose)
- •Constipation
- •Diarrhea
- •Nausea
- •Vomiting
- •Skin rash, itching, hives
- •Weakness (feeling tired)
- •Fainting
- •Painful, prolonged erection (priapism)
- •Blurred vision, reduced eyesight
- •Nosebleed
- •Dry mouth
- •Severe skin reactions, such as rash, blisters, and peeling skin (e.g., Stevens-Johnson syndrome)
Important Warnings
- Stop taking this medicine and call a doctor right away if you get sudden swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat that makes it hard to breathe (a sign of a severe allergic reaction).
- Do not take this medicine if you have previously fainted or felt very dizzy due to low blood pressure when standing up.
- Tell your doctor if you have severe liver or kidney problems.
- If you are having eye surgery (e.g., for cataracts or glaucoma), tell your eye doctor that you are taking or have taken Tamsugaran.
- This medicine can cause dizziness and fainting. Do not drive or operate machines if you feel unwell.
