How to Use
Dosage
The usual starting dose is 10 mg before sexual activity; your doctor may increase it to 20 mg if needed.
Method
Take the tablet by mouth with water, swallowed whole. It can be taken with or without food.
Do not take Tadalafil Stada Nordic more than once a day. The effect can last up to 36 hours.

Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to tadalafil or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Do not take if you use any organic nitrates or nitric oxide donors (e.g., amyl nitrite) for chest pain, as Tadalafil Stada Nordic can increase their effects and dangerously lower blood pressure.
- Do not take if you have a serious heart condition, have had a heart attack in the last 90 days, or a stroke in the last 6 months.
- Do not take if you have very low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure.
- Do not take if you have ever had 'stroke in the eye' (NAION), which is a type of non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy.

- Do not take if you are using riociguat (a medicine for high blood pressure in the lungs), as Tadalafil Stada Nordic can increase its blood pressure-lowering effects.
- Stop taking the medicine and contact a doctor immediately if you experience sudden loss, decrease, distortion, or blurring of vision.
- Stop taking the medicine and contact a doctor immediately if you experience reduced or sudden loss of hearing.
- Stop taking the medicine and contact a doctor immediately if you have an erection that lasts more than 4 hours, as this could be a serious condition called priapism.
Use in Elderly Patients
Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Reduce the dose already in mild renal impairment. Reduce the dose in liver impairment. Significant adverse reactions include hypotension, ortostatic hypotension, headache and visual disturbances. Consider the numerous potential interactions,especially with nitrates. Avoid grapefruit.
