Tadalafil Stada helps adult men get and keep an erection for sexual activity.
How to Use
Dosage
One 10 mg tablet before sexual activity. Your doctor may increase the dose to 20 mg if 10 mg is not effective enough.
Method
Take the tablet by mouth with water. You can take it with or without food. Take it at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. The effect can last up to 36 hours.
Do not take more than one tablet per day.
Possible Side Effects

- •Allergic reactions, including rash, facial swelling, severe skin rash, and swelling of the face or throat

- •Prolonged and possibly painful erection (priapism) lasting over 4 hours
- •Sudden decrease or loss of vision, blurred or distorted vision, red eyes, eye pain
- •Sudden decrease or loss of hearing, ringing in the ears
- •Dizziness, fainting, temporary memory loss, seizures, migraine
- •Stomach ache, nausea, vomiting, heartburn
- •Palpitations (feeling your heart beat), fast heart rate, high or low blood pressure, nosebleeds, blood in urine, bleeding from penis, blood in semen, irregular heartbeat, sudden cardiac death
- •Breathing difficulties, swelling of hands, feet, or ankles, tiredness, hives (itchy red spots on skin), increased sweating
Important Warnings
- Do not use if you are allergic to tadalafil or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Do not use if you are taking nitrate medicines for chest pain, as Tadalafil Stada can increase their effects and cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
- Do not use if you have a severe heart condition or have had a heart attack in the last 90 days, as sexual activity may strain your heart.
- Do not use if you have had a stroke in the last 6 months.
- Do not use if you have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure.

- Do not use if you have ever had non-arteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION), also known as "stroke in the eye," causing vision loss.
- Do not use if you are taking riociguat, a medicine for high blood pressure in the lungs.
- Talk to your doctor before taking if you have sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma (bone marrow cancer), leukemia (blood cancer), a deformed penis, severe liver disease, or severe kidney disease.
- If you experience sudden vision loss, distorted vision, or sudden decrease/loss of hearing, stop taking Tadalafil Stada and contact a doctor immediately.
- Tadalafil Stada is for adult men (18 years and older) only. It is not for women or children.
- Avoid drinking too much alcohol (0.08% blood alcohol or more) when taking this medicine, as it can lower blood pressure and cause dizziness.
Use in Elderly Patients
Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Reduce the dose already in mild renal impairment. Reduce the dose in liver impairment. Significant adverse reactions include hypotension, ortostatic hypotension, headache and visual disturbances. Consider the numerous potential interactions,especially with nitrates. Avoid grapefruit.
