Tadalafil ratiopharm helps adult men with erectile dysfunction to get and keep an erection sufficient for sexual activity.
How to Use
Dosage
Usually, one 10 mg tablet is taken before sex. Your doctor might change your dose to 20 mg if 10 mg is not effective enough.
Method
Swallow the tablet whole with water at least 30 minutes before planned intercourse. You can take it with or without food. The medicine's effect can last up to 36 hours.
Do not take more than once a day.

Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to tadalafil or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Do not take if you are taking nitrates or amyl nitrite (medicines for chest pain).
- Do not take if you have severe heart disease or have had a heart attack in the last 90 days.
- Do not take if you have had a stroke in the last six months.
- Do not take if your blood pressure is too low or too high to control.

- Do not take if you have lost vision partly or completely due to an 'eye stroke' (NAION).
- Do not take if you are taking riociguat for high blood pressure in the lungs.
- If your vision suddenly worsens or is lost while taking this medicine, stop and contact a doctor right away.
- If your hearing suddenly worsens or is lost, stop taking this medicine and contact a doctor right away.
- If you get an erection that lasts longer than 4 hours, contact a doctor right away.
- This medicine is not for women, children, or teenagers under 18 years old.
- Avoid drinking too much alcohol and use grapefruit juice with caution.
Use in Elderly Patients
Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Reduce the dose already in mild renal impairment. Reduce the dose in liver impairment. Significant adverse reactions include hypotension, ortostatic hypotension, headache and visual disturbances. Consider the numerous potential interactions,especially with nitrates. Avoid grapefruit.
