How to Use

Dosage

One 5 mg tablet once daily, taken at approximately the same time each day.

Method

Swallow tablets whole with water, with or without food. Intended for men only.

Important

Do not take Tadalafil Orion more than once a day.

  • Sudden hearing loss or loss
  • Hives (itchy red patches on the skin)
  • Bleeding from the penis

Important Warnings

  • You are allergic to tadalafil or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • You are taking any organic nitrate or nitric oxide donor medicines (such as those used for chest pain).
  • You have a serious heart condition or have had a heart attack in the last 90 days.
  • You have had a stroke in the last six months.
  • You have ever had vision loss in one eye due to optic nerve damage ('stroke of the eye').

  • You are taking riociguat (a medicine for high blood pressure in the lungs).
  • If you experience sudden vision loss or blurring, or sudden hearing loss, stop taking the medicine and contact your doctor immediately.
  • If you have an erection lasting more than 4 hours, contact a doctor immediately.
  • This medicine is not for women, children, or adolescents under 18 years of age.

Use in Elderly Patients

Category C

Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Reduce the dose already in mild renal impairment. Reduce the dose in liver impairment. Significant adverse reactions include hypotension, ortostatic hypotension, headache and visual disturbances. Consider the numerous potential interactions,especially with nitrates. Avoid grapefruit.
