How to Use

Dosage

The usual starting dose is one 5 mg tablet once a day; your doctor may adjust it to 2.5 mg.

Method

Take the tablet whole with water, with or without food.

Important

Do not take more than one tablet (either 2.5 mg or 5 mg) per day.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to tadalafil or any other ingredients.
  • Do not take this medicine if you are taking any organic nitrates or nitric oxide donors, which are used for chest pain.
  • Tell your doctor if you have heart problems, especially if you have severe heart disease or had a heart attack recently (within 3 months), as sexual activity can strain the heart.
  • Do not take this medicine if you have had a stroke in the last 6 months.
  • Do not take this medicine if you have low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure.

  • Do not take this medicine if you have ever had 'eye stroke' (NAION), which caused vision loss.
  • Do not take this medicine if you are taking riociguat, a medicine for high blood pressure in the lungs.
  • Tell your doctor if you have sickle cell anemia, multiple myeloma (bone marrow cancer), leukemia (blood cancer), penile deformity, severe liver disease, or severe kidney disease.
  • Stop taking Tadalafil Krka and see a doctor immediately if you experience sudden vision loss, blurred vision, or sudden hearing loss.
  • If you get an erection that lasts more than 4 hours, contact a doctor immediately, as this is a rare but serious side effect.
  • Tadalafil Krka is not for women or children under 18 years old.
  • Stop taking Tadalafil Krka and see a doctor immediately if you experience allergic reactions, including rash.
  • If you experience chest pain, do not take nitrates and seek immediate medical attention.
