How to Use
Dosage
Take one 10 mg tablet before sexual activity; your doctor may increase the dose to 20 mg if 10 mg is not effective.

Important Warnings
- Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to tadalafil or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Do not take if you are using organic nitrates or nitric oxide donors (like amyl nitrite), which are used for chest pain.
- Do not take if you have a serious heart condition or have had a heart attack in the last 90 days.
- Do not take if you have had a stroke in the last six months.
- Do not take if your blood pressure is very low or uncontrollably high.

- Do not take if you have ever lost vision due to a condition called 'stroke in the eye'.
- Do not take if you are using riociguat, which is used to treat high blood pressure in the lungs.
- If you experience sudden blurred or lost vision during treatment, stop use and contact your doctor immediately.
- If you experience reduced or sudden hearing loss, stop use and contact your doctor immediately.
- If you have an erection that lasts continuously for more than 4 hours, contact a doctor immediately.
- Tadalafil Devatis is not for women or children under 18 years of age.
- Avoid excessive alcohol consumption and grapefruit juice during treatment, as they can affect the medicine's effectiveness and increase the risk of dizziness.
