How to Use
Dosage
The recommended dose is one 10 mg tablet before sexual activity. Your doctor may increase it to 20 mg if 10 mg is not effective enough.
Method
Take one tablet by mouth with water at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. You can take it with or without food. The effect can last up to 36 hours.
Important
Do not take more than one tablet per day.

Important Warnings
- Do not take if you are allergic to tadalafil or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Do not take if you are using nitrate medicines for chest pain, as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
- Do not take if you have a serious heart condition or have had a heart attack in the last 90 days.
- Do not take if you have had a stroke in the last 6 months.
- Do not take if you have very low blood pressure or uncontrolled high blood pressure.

- Do not take if you have ever had severe vision loss due to 'stroke in the eye' (NAION).
- Do not take if you are taking riociguat (a medicine for high blood pressure in the lungs), as it can dangerously lower blood pressure.
