Tadalafil AOP is a medicine for adults that treats high blood pressure in the lungs by relaxing blood vessels, improving blood flow, and helping with physical activity.
The usual dose is two 20 mg tablets once a day.
Take both tablets at the same time, one after the other. Swallow them whole with water. You can take them with or without food.
The maximum daily dose is two 20 mg tablets (40 mg), unless your doctor tells you to take only one 20 mg tablet due to liver or kidney problems.
Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Reduce the dose already in mild renal impairment. Reduce the dose in liver impairment. Significant adverse reactions include hypotension, ortostatic hypotension, headache and visual disturbances. Consider the numerous potential interactions,especially with nitrates. Avoid grapefruit.
