How to Use
Dosage
The usual starting dose is one 10 mg tablet, taken before sexual activity. Your doctor may increase the dose to 20 mg if 10 mg is not effective.
Method
Take the tablet whole with water, with or without food. You can take it at least 30 minutes before sexual activity, and its effect can last up to 36 hours.
Important
Do not take Tadalafil Accord more than once a day. It is not recommended for continuous daily use.

Important Warnings
- Do not use if you are allergic to tadalafil or any other ingredients in this medicine.
- Do not use if you take nitrate medicines for chest pain, as Tadalafil Accord can dangerously lower your blood pressure.
- Do not use if you take riociguat for high blood pressure in the lungs, as Tadalafil Accord can increase its effect.
- Tell your doctor if you have a serious heart condition, had a heart attack in the last 90 days, or a stroke in the last 6 months.
- Tell your doctor if you have very low or uncontrolled high blood pressure.

- Stop taking this medicine and see a doctor right away if you suddenly lose vision or your vision becomes blurry or distorted.
- Stop taking this medicine and see a doctor right away if you suddenly lose your hearing.
- If you have an erection that lasts for more than 4 hours, get medical help right away.
- Tell your doctor if you have sickle cell anemia, blood cancer, a deformed penis, or serious liver or kidney problems.
- Sexual activity can strain your heart. If you have heart problems, talk to your doctor before using this medicine.
- This medicine is for adult men only and should not be used by women or children.
