How to Use

Dosage

Dosage varies by condition: typically 1 spray in each nostril in the morning and evening (2 sprays daily) for endometriosis and fibroids, or 1 spray in each nostril morning and evening (4 sprays daily) for IVF pre-treatment.

Method

Clear your nose, tilt your head slightly down, close one nostril, and spray once into the other nostril while gently breathing in.

Important

Maximum of 4 sprays per day.

Important Warnings

  • Do not use Synarela if you are allergic to its ingredients.
  • Avoid use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and if you have unexplained vaginal bleeding.
  • Always use contraception (like a condom) during treatment.
  • Tell your doctor if you feel depressed during treatment.
  • If you experience stomach pain, bloating, or nausea during infertility treatment, contact your doctor immediately.

  • Use nasal decongestant sprays at least 30 minutes before or after your Synarela dose.
  • If you sneeze right after spraying, take another dose to ensure you get enough medicine.
  • If you miss a dose and have unprotected sex, you might become pregnant. Stop using the medicine and contact your doctor.
