How to Use

Dosage

You will receive an initial 300 mg dose for the first two months, then either 100 mg or 300 mg once a month, as decided by your doctor.

This medicine is given as an injection under the skin in your stomach area by a healthcare professional.

Important

The maximum dose is 300 mg once a month, with at least 26 days between doses.

Important Warnings

  • Never inject this medicine into a vein, as it can be very harmful or fatal.
  • Do not use this medicine if you are allergic to buprenorphine or any other ingredient.
  • Do not use if you have severe breathing problems.
  • Do not use if you have severe liver problems.
  • Avoid alcohol, tranquilizers (benzodiazepines), gabapentinoids, and other medicines that make you sleepy, as this can lead to severe breathing problems or coma.
