How to Use

Dosage

One tablet per day.

Method

Swallow the tablet with a glass of water, preferably in the morning before breakfast.

Important

No more than one tablet per day.

Possible Side Effects

COMMON
  • Swelling (fluid retention)
  • Headache, dizziness, feeling tired
  • Upset stomach, nausea, vomiting, constipation, gas, diarrhea, stomach pain, changes in taste
  • Joint pain, muscle pain, muscle cramps, back pain
  • Swollen ankles, feeling your heart beat fast (palpitations), flushing of face and neck
  • Blurred vision, double vision
  • Cough, shortness of breath
  • Inflammation in the nose, sore throat, nosebleeds
RARE
  • Sudden kidney failure
  • Confusion
  • Jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes)
  • Nerve problems (weakness, tingling, numbness)

Important Warnings

  • Do not take if you are allergic to atorvastatin, perindopril, amlodipine or other similar medicines, or any other ingredients in this medicine.
  • Do not take if you have liver problems.
  • Do not take if your blood pressure is very low.
  • Do not take if you or a family member has had a severe allergic reaction (angioedema) in the past, such as swelling of the face, tongue, or throat, and difficulty breathing.
  • Do not take if you are pregnant, trying to get pregnant, can get pregnant and are not using contraception, or if you are breastfeeding.
