How to Use

Dosage

Take two puffs once daily.

Method

Inhale the medicine through your mouth using the Respimat inhaler.

Important

Do not take more than two puffs once per day.

Important Warnings

  • Do not take if you are allergic to tiotropium, atropine, or similar medicines.
  • Be careful not to get the medicine in your eyes. If it gets in your eyes, rinse them and contact your doctor immediately.
  • If your breathing gets worse or you have an allergic reaction (like rash, swelling, or itching) right after taking the medicine, stop using it and contact your doctor immediately.
  • This medicine is for daily control of your condition, not for sudden breathing attacks. Use your separate rescue inhaler for sudden symptoms, as your doctor instructed.
  • Tell your doctor if you have glaucoma, prostate problems, difficulty urinating, kidney problems, heart problems (e.g., a heart attack in the last 6 months), or cystic fibrosis.
