Spesicor DOS is a beta-blocker medicine that lowers blood pressure, helps regulate heart rate, treats irregular heartbeats, and improves heart function in heart failure.
The dose depends on your condition; for adults, it's usually 47.5–190 mg once daily, and for children (6-18 years), the dose is based on weight, typically 0.48-1.9 mg/kg once daily.
Take the tablet once daily, whole with liquid; you can take it with or without food, but do not chew or crush it.
The maximum daily dose for adults is generally 190 mg; for children, it is 1.9 mg/kg per day.
