Dosage
One 100 mg tablet.
Method
Once daily by mouth, with or without food.
Important
A maximum of one 100 mg tablet per day.

Important Warnings
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to sitagliptin or any of its ingredients.
Pancreatitis has been reported with Sitagliptin Viatris. If you experience severe and persistent stomach pain, contact your doctor immediately.
If you develop skin blisters, contact your doctor. This could be a sign of a skin condition.
Discuss with your doctor if you have or have had pancreas problems, gallstones, alcohol dependence, high triglyceride levels, type 1 diabetes, diabetic ketoacidosis, or kidney disease.
Do not use this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
