Important Warnings
Do not use if you are allergic to sitagliptin or any other ingredients in this medicine.
If you have severe and ongoing stomach pain with nausea or vomiting, stop taking the medicine and contact your doctor immediately. This could be a sign of pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas).
If you get a severe allergic reaction, such as rash, hives, skin blistering, swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat that causes difficulty breathing or swallowing, stop taking the medicine and contact your doctor immediately.
If you get blisters on your skin, it could be a sign of a skin condition called bullous pemphigoid. Your doctor may ask you to stop taking this medicine.
