Typically one 100 mg tablet. Your doctor may prescribe lower doses (like 25 mg or 50 mg) if you have kidney problems.
Take by mouth once a day, with or without food and drink.
The usual maximum is one 100 mg tablet per day, as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take more than your doctor tells you.
