How to Use
Dosage
One 100 mg tablet.
Method
Take once a day by mouth, with or without food.
Important

Important Warnings
Do not take this medicine if you are allergic to sitagliptin or any other ingredients.
If you have severe, persistent stomach pain (in the abdomen) with or without nausea and vomiting, stop taking the medicine and contact your doctor immediately. This could be a sign of pancreatitis (inflamed pancreas).
If you experience a severe allergic reaction, such as rash, hives, skin blisters, or swelling of the face, lips, tongue, or throat that makes it hard to breathe or swallow, stop taking the medicine and contact your doctor immediately.
If you notice blisters on your skin, tell your doctor immediately. You may be asked to stop taking this medicine.
This medicine does not usually cause low blood sugar on its own, but if taken with sulfonylurea medicines or insulin, low blood sugar may occur. Your doctor may adjust your doses.
