How to Use
Dosage
One 100 mg tablet once daily.
Method
Take the tablet by mouth, with or without food.
Important
Maximum one 100 mg tablet per day.

•Blistering skin condition (bullous pemphigoid)
•Severe allergic reactions (e.g., rash, hives, skin peeling, swelling of face/lips/tongue/throat making it hard to breathe or swallow)
Important Warnings
Do not take if you are allergic to sitagliptin or any other ingredient in this medicine.
Stop taking Sitagliptin Hexal and contact your doctor immediately if you experience severe and persistent stomach pain, with or without nausea and vomiting, as these can be signs of pancreatitis (inflammation of the pancreas).
Talk to your doctor if you get skin blisters, as this could be a sign of a serious skin condition (bullous pemphigoid).
This medicine is not for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
Do not take this medicine if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to breastfeed.

If taken with certain other diabetes medicines (like sulfonylureas or insulin), it can cause low blood sugar, which might affect your ability to drive or use machines safely.
