How to Use
Dosage
The recommended starting dose is 50 mg.
Method
Take one tablet about one hour before you plan to have sex. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Important
Do not take more than one tablet per day.

- •Prolonged and sometimes painful erections (if an erection lasts longer than 4 hours, seek immediate medical help).
- •Sudden decrease or loss of vision. Seek immediate medical help.
- •Severe skin reactions (symptoms include severe peeling and swelling of the skin, blistering in the mouth, genital area, and around the eyes, fever). Seek immediate medical help.
- •Seizures or convulsions. Seek immediate medical help.

Important Warnings
- If you are allergic to sildenafil or any other ingredient in this medicine.
- Do not take if you are using nitrate medicines or nitric oxide donors (like "poppers"), as this can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
- Do not take if you are using riociguat (a medicine for high blood pressure in the lungs).
- If you have severe heart or liver problems.
- If you have recently had a stroke, heart attack, or have low blood pressure.

- If you have a rare inherited eye disease (like retinitis pigmentosa).
- If you have ever lost vision due to a condition called NAION (anterior non-arteritic ischemic optic neuropathy).
- If you have blood disorders like sickle cell anemia, leukemia, or multiple myeloma.
- If you have a deformed penis or Peyronie's disease.
- If you have heart problems and your doctor needs to check if sexual activity is safe for you.
- If you have a stomach ulcer or bleeding problems (like hemophilia).
- If you experience sudden blurred vision or loss of vision, stop taking Sildenafil Orion and contact a doctor immediately.
- Do not take if you do not have erectile dysfunction.
- Do not use Sildenafil Orion with other oral or topical treatments for erectile dysfunction.
- Do not take if you are a woman.
- Do not use Sildenafil Orion with other sildenafil-containing medicines for high blood pressure in the lungs (PAH) or other PDE5 inhibitors.
- Not for use by people under 18 years of age.
- Tell your doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, as your dose may need to be adjusted.
- Avoid large amounts of alcohol before taking this medicine, as it can temporarily reduce your ability to get an erection.
- This medicine can cause dizziness and affect your vision, so be aware of how it affects you before driving or operating machinery.
Use in Elderly Patients
Category C
Suitable for older adults, with specific precautions. Reduce the dose in severe renal impairment. Reduce the dose in liver impairment.
